They helped us find a room matching our need. They are always available, reactive and responsive when there is an issue. When we moved in the bed was old, we simply ask and a week later it was change for brand new one. They are perfect for freshly arrived expat in New York.

Hi, we're Danila and Anastasia. We’re a couple from Russia. For the past 6 months we stayed with Journey NY houses. The apartment is really everything we were looking for. It's spacious, cozy and affordable. We have our private space and there's also common area, shared by all tenants. An interesting thing is that there are people from all over the world. We had neighbors from France, Belgium, Russia, Brazil, USA and more. This kind of diversity and different cultures coming together is very interesting. Everybody here is friendly and respectful. The apartment manager is also very nice and always ready to help if we have any issues.

Hi, I’m Megane, I’m à French student in NYC. I’ve been living in the apartment in Bed-Stuy for 2 months and it is a really convenient place. I live in a room with two beds which makes things easier for the rent with my friend and it is really spacious. The apartment and the roommates are well chosen which makes the colocation really pleasant. The neighborhood is good with stores and train station close by.

Hello I am a 23 yo french student in Finance, I spent 4 months in NYC last year for my studies. I used to stay at Bergen Street, in Brooklyn, where I rent a double-room in a 5-bedroom / 2-bathroom flat-share with other international students (basically all French at that time). I found the accommodation through NY Journey which helped me find a suitable place for a 4-month stay. NY Journey appears to be a very good intermediary for international students / arriving expats looking for a place in NYC! What's more, NY Journey works with french-speaking brokers and offers live-viewing (Skype, WhatsApp, Facetime...) with actual lenders, which really make feel confident. They also really do their best to deal with our requets when we need something in particular! I do recommend NY Journey and esp. their Bergen St location, very close to Manhattan thanks to 10+ major Subway lines (-20min to the Financial District).

I am originally from Germany so was happy to find a place and a company which makes it easier for internationals to find to living in NYC. I have a great time in this house. It is big, the roommates are amazing and the location is ideal. As well, the company takes care of the house and helps us a lot if we need something essential. It is a professional environment surrounded by nice people. If I come back to live in NYC after my current stay I’d definitely reach out to Journey NY houses again and I’d recommend it to anyone.
